Large Kitchen Extension, Guildford

We had been putting off our kitchen extension for years because we were worried about the disruption. From the first meeting, John put us at ease, he knew exactly what we wanted, and explained exactly what would be involved. His project management skills were evident from the very first meeting. There were a couple of unexpected issues when the rear wall was removed but John and his team dealt with every issue quickly and professionally, keeping us informed throughout. What we appreciated most was how tidy and respectful the team were while working around our family. Six months later, we still walk into the kitchen and can't believe it's our house. John and his team have done an amazing job, highly recommend them.

Loft Conversion, Wimbledon

John and his team converted our loft into a master bedroom with an en-suite and built-in wardrobes. We obtained three quotations and chose WulfBuild Developments because John from the start was the most knowledgeable, straightforward and he give us a complete breakdown of the job and all associated costs. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe and the quality is excellent. The staircase looks as though it has always been part of the house, which was something we were nervous about. We have already recommended John to our friends and neighbours.

House Renovation and Kitchen Extension, Esher

Finding a builder, you can trust isn't easy, but from the outset John was honest and realistic about costs, timings and any potential challenges we might enter and how we would deal with them. We had just bought a new house, and our project involved a complete renovation of the whole house, as well as a kitchen extension. John’s knowledge and experience was invaluable in the remodelling of the ground floor for a much better and enjoyable flow to the house. Creating an open-plan kitchen, family room. The workmanship has been excellent throughout, and the house now works so much better for our growing family. We couldn’t recommend John and his team highly enough.

Remodelling and Fitted Kitchen, Twickenham

We used WulfBuild Developments to fit our new kitchen and remodelled our ground floor after a friend highly recommended them. It wasn't a straightforward installation as our house is a period property and our walls and floors weren't particularly level in places, but John's team took the time to get everything right rather than cutting corners. John helped us with finding the best kitchen supplier who could supply the style of kitchen we wanted. The units, quartz worktops and appliances were fitted beautifully, by John and his team. We had a few last-minute design and layout changes, but nothing was ever too much trouble, and his team were always very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend John and his team for your project.
